1.

In the case of closed trainings (trainings for course participants of one company),  tailor-made job trainings and consultancy activities a proposition will be sent to the principal. A confirmation is sent to the principal if the principal wants use of the services called in the tender

A proposition of ComputerTeach has a validity of three weeks.

After approval of the proposition the principal has to send back the signed approval to ComputerTeach.

4.

Unless agreed otherwise 30% of the total amount mentioned in the proposition and approval must be remitted to one of the bank accounts of ComputerTeach before the start of the trainings or the consultancy work.

If the principal fails to follow point 4, ComputerTeach has the right to cancel the specific trainings and/or cancel consultancy activities, where the principal has still to pay 30% of the total amount is according to the proposition and confirmation.

The remaining 70% of the total amount according to the proposition and confirmation.must be remitted to one of the bank accounts of ComputerTeach

Assignments which last longer than a month, the principal will receive an invoice of ComputerTeach monthly, must be remitted to one of the bank accounts of ComputerTeach within a month.

8.

If payment of 100% of the total amount  within 3 working days after invoice date takes place, a discount is given of 2% on the total amount..

9.

If circumstances occur, of which ComputerTeach before start of the activities have not been informed by the principal and which result in obstruction of the activities, ComputerTeach has the right to stop the activities. Thereby the principal of these activities is chargeable for the total amount in the invoice, unless because of leniency a financial arrangement is agreed between ComputerTeach and the principal to arrange a matter in an amicable way.

Open roster trainings

10.

If ComputerTeach published an open roster, booking a open roster computer training can be done by telephone., e-mail, fax or in writing by the course participant (e) or the company organization which has booked the training.

11.

A booking through the open roster becomes final just if the payment is remitted to one of the bank accounts of ComputerTeach.

12.

Participating a training of the open roster is only possible if the full amount for the training is paid by the course participant (s) or the company organization which has booked the training. 

13.

Cancellation of an open roster training is possible up to three weeks before the start of the training by the course participant (e) or the company organization which has booked the training. 75% of the paid amount for the training will then be paid back.

14.

If the cancellation takes place three weeks before the start of open roster training by the course participant (e) or the company organization which the training has booked, the complete training amount is chargeable. This is considered also as a course participant on the training does not appear.

15.

If in the case of sickness or other circumstances the course participant (e) is not able to attend the open roster training, the course participant (e) or the company organization which has booked the training is entitled to send another person to attend the training.
